We appreciate you dedicating your valuable time to the success of this year's festival! We can't do it without you!!

Each year, we ask that every family signs up for AT LEAST ONE SHIFT PER CHILD enrolled (PreK-8th). Additional shifts are highly encouraged.

As an incentive for working a set-up or breakdown shift, you will receive a HOMEWORK PASS! Festival operating hours will receive an OUT OF UNIFORM PASS. One shift = one pass for one child (max of 1 homework pass and 1 out of uniform per child)

This is the Fall Festival Committee's wish list. Every item donated helps to make the Fall Festival a huge success. We sincerely appreciate your generosity and willingness to give back to our wonderful school.

Elementary School Students: Bring food, beverages, or physical items directly to the stage at morning drop-off. Any cash, check, or gift card donations can be given to your student's homeroom teacher or directly to the office. They must be sent in a SEALED ENVELOPE with your student's name, homeroom, and "Fall Festival Wish List" written on the front.

Middle School Students:  Donations will be collected at the office. If you have children at both campuses, it's helpful to send the donations with your
elementary school students to help reduce the running back and forth for the committee members as everything does need to make it over to the elementary school campus for the festival.

Crab Feast Raffle sponsored by: 

We ask each student to sell 6 TICKETS to help offset the Fall Festival event costs.

6 tickets are included in this folder to help each student get started.
Additional tickets will be available at the school office.

All tickets must be returned to the office by Tuesday, September 19th to be
eligible for the Student Incentive Contest.*


Crab feast raffle tickets are $5 each or 3 for $10.


Tickets will also be sold during the Fall Festival. The raffle drawing will take place on
September 23 at 10 p.m. You do not need to be present to win.
